SHIPPING

Due to Australia Post's shipping delays, please place your order 3-4 business days prior to your selected day or 7 business days prior to your selected day if you live in Western Australia or rurally. 

Our orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and will be dispatched 1-3 days prior to your requested date (depending on notice).

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received any tracking information, please check your junk mailbox before emailing us as it sometimes makes its way there.

As Australia Post cannot currently provide next day delivery, please place your order 3-4 business days before your selected date. All Western Australia and rural orders must be placed 7 business days prior.

 

RETURNS

Please return the dress in the original package you received it in, this is re-usable packaging! Keep this package in a safe place and on the day of return you simply place your garment in it and stick the return postage sticker you received on top of the original postage sticker. Lodge over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet by 2pm on your return date. 

If your return falls on a Sunday or Public Holiday, please return your dress to an Australia Post Outlet by 2pm the following business day. Please note that a late fee of $30/day will be incurred if a garment is not returned on the return day or the following business day.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we cannot provide refunds or credits for any sizing issues or change of mind as we still need to dry clean the piece upon its return and this dress has still been unavailable for other customers to hire it. Hiring is a unique industry, which is why our returns policy has been modified accordingly. We are so sorry about this and hope that you can understand. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for cancellations as the garments have therefore been unavailable for other customers to book. Full store credits are provided if the cancellation is over 14 days prior to the hire date. Email support@savvyhirestudio.com to cancel your booking.

COVID-19: The above cancellation policy applies to all orders cancelled due to COVID-19.
